Do I need a store account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to shop in our store. However, if you have an account, you can track the history of your orders and returns.

How to create an account in the store?

Placing orders
How to place an order in the SOJKA-PARTS.COM store?

If you want to place an order, please add selected products to the cart. Then you can choose "Continue shopping" or go directly to "Checkout". After choosing the method you are interested in delivery and payment you will be able to make payment.

How to check order status?

Can I cancel an order?

How can I pay for an order?

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Can I cancel a purchase made in the online store?

When making a purchase at the CZESCI-SOJKA.PL store, you have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details regarding the return are provided in the Regulations shop.

Who bears the shipping costs when returning the goods?
